We understand that travel plans can change, and if they do, so can your reservation. We’re making some changes to our policies & systems to benefit our members, and we wanted to keep you informed about them.
From December 1st 2022, should you need to make any amendments to your reservation, an amendment fee of $10 USD will be added to your booking.
To avoid having to amend your booking in the future, we recommend the tips:
All amendments are subject to availability. Amendments include, but are not limited to, change of dates, room type, lead member or number of members. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further details.

Amendment fees are applicable to all membership levels. The charge of $10 USD will be applied per reservation change. This fee will be applied every time you make any change to the original booking or any previous change booking already made. It is also applied to all bookings made online or by contact center. The amendment fee is applicable to modifications of change in dates, nights, provision or week; change in the number of people (adults, children, teenagers) and change of hotel or room type. A change of name to the reservation is allowed without any cost. Free of charge exceptions are applicable to the travelers companion incase of death, but must be supported by the death certificate; travelers companion accident or illness supported by a medical certificate or flight change/cancellation and supported by an airline notification. Flight changes made by the member are not considered as an exception to the hotel reservation amendments. The amount of this fee is subject to change without prior notice and we reserve the right to discontinue at any time. Restrictions may apply.
