Cleanliness & Sanitation Protocols

Dear Valued Member, 

The safety, health and wellbeing of our members, guests and staff continue to be top priority. Over the last month, the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels reopened with enhanced protocols that consist of stringent cleanliness and sanitation measures. This also included the implementation of the global Hard Rock SAFE + SOUND program powered by Ecolab which encompasses the highest standards of safety and cleanliness including employee and guest health checks, physical distancing, increased sanitation, intensive staff training, appropriate PPE for team members and more. 

For added guest and employee safety, the global Hard Rock SAFE + SOUND program now requires hotel guests to wear appropriate facial coverings/face masks in all public areas of hotels with the exception of when outdoor spaces, by the pool or beach, or when actively eating and/or drinking or smoking. Designated areas include common indoor spaces such as the hotel lobby, retail stores, elevators, waiting areas of common facilities (like spa, salon, restaurants or bars), and the theater.
