Guests can make reservations at the Vacation Planner’s desk or the HyperX Gaming Lounge front desk. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guests must be 10 or older to enter, and kids 13 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18+ years of age or have parental or guardian consent provided via waiver.
After 10 pm, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18+ years old.
